Studio apartments range from 388 to 636 square feet, one-bedrooms range from 506 to 884 square feet, and two-bedrooms units range from 812 and 1,068 square feet. How can I schedule a tour of the VIM apartments and community?

Do you offer virtual tours of your apartments?

While VIM does not offer virtual tours directly through our leasing office, you can still explore select floor plans online. What appliances are included in the apartments?

Every apartment at VIM comes equipped with the essentials to support comfortable, modern living. Included appliances are a washer, dryer, dishwasher, convection oven, and hot plates. These thoughtful touches make it easy to settle into your new home in downtown Colorado Springs.

What are my lease length options?

VIM offers flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months, depending on availability. Whether you’re searching for short-term housing or a long-term apartment in Colorado Springs, our leasing options are designed to fit your lifestyle and timeline.

Does VIM offer furnished apartments and/or short-term leases?

While we do not currently offer furnished apartments, we do offer flexible lease terms for corporate clients. If you are interested in a more flexible lease term, please inquire with our leasing office for more details.

Moving In & Out

Are there move-in fees?

Yes, VIM requires a one-time administrative fee of $200, which helps to cover the costs of leasing setup and application processing. It’s a small step that gets you closer to enjoying life at one of the most modern apartment communities in downtown Colorado Springs.

Who do I contact if I have questions while moving in?

If anything comes up during your move-in, the VIM leasing office is your go-to resource. Whether it’s a question about your unit or help accessing the building, our team is here to make sure your transition into your new Colorado Springs apartment is as smooth as possible.

Can I move in over the weekend?

Saturday move-ins are available at VIM, which makes weekend transitions a lot easier. However, please note that Sunday move-ins are not an option, so plan accordingly when scheduling your arrival.

How much notice will I need to provide before move out?

VIM requires a 60-day written notice before move-out. This policy helps the leasing team coordinate your departure and prepare your apartment for the next resident. It’s an important step in keeping our downtown Colorado Springs apartment community running smoothly.

Rent & Utilities

When is rent due every month? How do I pay rent?

Rent at VIM is due on the 1st of each month. You can conveniently pay online through the Resident Portal, which makes it easy to manage payments securely from anywhere. Living in downtown Colorado Springs has never been more seamless.

Are you currently offering any rent specials?

At VIM, our rent specials change often based on availability and the time of year, so there’s a good chance something is happening right now. The best way to get the latest deals (and maybe save a little on your next apartment) is to reach out to our leasing team. They’ll walk you through our current offers and help you find the perfect place to call home in downtown Colorado Springs.

Does VIM offer a referral bonus?

Yes! If you refer a friend to VIM and they move in, you’ll receive a $500 referral bonus. It’s our way of saying thanks for helping grow our community of residents in downtown Colorado Springs.

Am I required to put down a security deposit?

Yes, VIM requires a refundable security deposit – $500 for studios and one bedrooms and $700 for two-bedroom apartments.

Am I required to purchase renters’ insurance?

Yes, renters’ insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $150k is required at VIM. It’s a simple way to protect your belongings and give you peace of mind in your new Colorado Springs apartment.

Are utilities included in the rent at VIM?

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and maintaining their own utility services. For help getting started, the leasing office can provide guidance on which providers to contact.

How does maintenance service work at VIM?

VIM offers professional maintenance services for all residents. You can submit requests quickly and easily by calling our office or through the online Resident Portal, and the on-site team works hard to address concerns promptly and efficiently.

Does VIM run background checks?

Yes, all applicants at VIM are screened through a third-party platform, which includes background and credit checks. This process helps ensure a safe and reliable community for all residents.

The Amenities

What types of amenties are available at VIM? When can I use them?

VIM offers a full suite of modern amenities designed to enhance your lifestyle in downtown Colorado Springs. Highlights include a resort-style pool, rooftop deck with a hot tub and fire pit, co-working spaces with private offices, a second-floor courtyard, and a rooftop clubhouse. Additional perks include a fitness center, yoga room, secure mailroom, and dog wash station. Amenity spaces are accessible to residents from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week, unless otherwise noted.

Are the amenities in both buildings available to all residents?

Yes, no matter which building you live in at VIM, you’ll have full access to all community amenities. In fact, the buildings are conveniently connected via a pedestrian bridge for easy access. That means you can work, relax, and socialize across the entire property—from the resort-style pool to the rooftop deck to the co-working offices—regardless of your unit’s location.

Is monthly parking available?

Yes, monthly parking is available to VIM residents for an additional fee. There is also conveniently located street parking in the area, if you choose to forgo paid parking. If you need a secure spot in downtown Colorado Springs, reach out to the leasing office for current rates and availability.

Are there visitor parking spots?

Yes, limited visitor parking spaces are available to VIM residents and marked accordingly. If the visitor spots are full, there is also plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.

Is there storage space available?

Yes, VIM offers storage rooms and onsite bike storage that residents can rent for an additional monthly fee. This is an excellent option if you need a little extra space beyond your apartment.

The Community

When is the leasing office open?

The leasing office at VIM is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you have questions or need assistance, the team is happy to help during business hours.

How secure is the building?

VIM offers secure access throughout the community. Keyless entry is used for apartment units, lobby access, and common areas, providing residents with peace of mind in this modern downtown Colorado Springs apartment complex.

Are pets allowed at VIM?

VIM is a pet-friendly apartment building! We welcome your furry friends and offer a convenient dog wash on-site for all residents.

Do you host community events at VIM?

Public transportation is easily accessible from VIM. The Mountain Metro Terminal and four additional Park-n-Ride stops are all within one mile of the apartment community. When you live at VIM, getting around Colorado Springs without a car is convenient and reliable.

How far away is the nearest dog park?

VIM is a 20-minute walk away from The Antlers Dog Park in downtown Colorado Springs and a 10-minute drive from Bear Creek Dog Park on the west side of town. The community is perfectly situated for giving your dog some outdoor time close to home.

How close are you to the mountains?
